WOMEN — KEEP AWAY
“Move away move away, don’t come on the way, stand behind” – shouted someone while pushing all the women gathered near the departure gate at the domestic airport.
Suddenly a huge gathering of men cordoned off the place forming a semi circular ring, blocking the women out.
A huge Mercedes Benz stopped near the gate , out came a Sadhu/Swamiji with his team amidst loud cheers of Jai Ho, Swamiji ki Jai ho .He was followed by a another Sadhu carrying the idols of Radha Krishna in his arms. Both these Sadhus/Swami were enveloped by the group of men who had already blocked the women from all sides.
The group of women stood behind with folded hands also joined in cheering and the sadhu.
The group moved ahead. All the women walking far far behind the men still chanting the same
When asked the reason for this seclusion from the men group,I was surprised to hear that the Swamji doesn’t look at women, no women is allowed within his vision area, He doesn’t talk to women etc.
Also during his sessions of preaching, women are made to sit at the back, away from every one.
Some points to ponder:
- Are women untouchables?
- Why this aversion to women? Did he not come out of womb of a woman?
- Does the swamiji walks with his eyes shut? How can he not see women?
- If he thinks women are source of distraction does that mean he doesn’t have control over his desires?
- Will allowing women during his sermon sessions corrupt the minds of all his male followers?
- Is he and his followers so weak that they will get enticed by the mere sight of a women?
- Does he think women are not fit/intelligent enough to hear and understand his golden words
- How come he prays to the idols of Radha Krishna? Radha was a woman
- While praying to Krishna or Vishnu will he be ignoring Radha, Rukmani or Laxmi
- Will all his male disciples be also keeping away from women?
- If looking/talking to women is against his principles then why does he allow women to become his disciples?
This reminded me of a news item that appeared in news papers few days back
(trustees of the Radharaman Swaminaryan temple in Junagadh (Vadtal sect) now want to keep the sadhus on the straight and narrow.
The new code of conduct announced on Monday bars contact and conversation with women,

If he is such a learned person, if he has renounced the world, if he is the ideal of so many people, if has attained so much fame that proves that he has won over all his desires then why this discrimination against women
haahhaa… thats a hilarious one… not able to control his desires and therefore doesnt want to see them…
or may be thats a show-off act… to show how he has no interest in such distractions…

May be the “36-24-36″ stats of most Indian women may be the sole reason of distraction to his karmic journey, hence the agenda of keeping aloof from women.
Don’t they say, prevention is better than cure?

when he travels by air, there are instructions to have only flight pursers serving in his cabin (zone he is seated in) and no air hostesses!

yeah I came to know . i had some one flying in the same flight. I was informed that seats all around him were blocked. and it was seen that only pursers serve him.

Let him first erase the fact that he was born of a woman and that too when that woman and a man had a sexual union! Can he do that?? Bah! The dramas these people enact. But then they are getting away with it because there are people to follow them!!! They are the fools.
It angered me to know that women were not allowed beyond a point in Swaminarayan temple. I vowed never to visit one.

Hehe.. These self proclaimed Saudhus feign decency and such. They’re the ones who are involved in sex rackets and all such crimes that we hear on the news channels.
Heard of AasaRam ? No offense to anyone’s belief in him. But I personally hate these men who earn millions by wearing a dhoti, sporting a grey beard and sermonising.

Arunima I hated all those ladies who were forced to stay behind, were asked not to come in the front and all of them meekly walked behind with folded hands. and mind you all of them seemed educated and beloning to well to do families

Don’t even get me started. I remember particularly of a case of a hanuman temple in which women were not allowed to touch the idol as lord hanuman had taken the vow of celibacy. oh the hypocrisy of our people.
You see these people weren’t conceived out a sexual union as shail di says, people actually planted seeds wihch were created form an hitherto unkown to us biotechnology and the seeds sprouted in to these so called human beings.. we’re all inferior that our parents had to copulate, they just grew out of asexual reproduction.
Shouldn’t we also now see to it that men don’t go around looking or touching the idols of the goddesses lest they too may harbour some feelings.

I really dont understand the logic..it only make me have less faith in such people . I believe they do it for extra publicity.
does the sadhu know that a woman gave birth to him ? And breast fed him too ?
I feel he sounds extremely weak willed. Why this fear of seeing women?
